To
ensure that each nurse we provide is recently practiced in
his/her specialty area, we require that nurses have recent
relevant experience in a particular clinical area before being
assigned to one of our client hospitals or facilities. We
also maintain nurse portfolios which document clinical proficiency
and data satisfying all requirements established by the Joint
Commission for Accreditation of Hospitals and the State Department
of Health (and/or Education).
