The International Healthcare Division
of Lloyd Staffing works with healthcare providers
nationwide and with nurses from
around the world. Lloyd facilitates
the recruitment and placement of nurses seeking residence
and employment in the United States. Lloyd
Healthcare offers several different programs for both nurses
and prospective Employers. Lloyd Healthcare recognizes the
need to expand its Recruitment options in the ever-widening search for
qualified Registered Nurses. We provide a
comprehensive recruitment, training and transition program
for each candidate assuring a smooth transition and acculturation
into the United States. The process begins with our Overseas
Recruitment and Training programs. Nurses are selected for
our programs based on:

Recent relevant acute care experience- minimum 1 years in
a Specialty

Language fluency- TOEFL /TSE or IELTS required

Once
an International Candidate has been accepted, the process
of finding the right location and facility in the United States
begins. Lloyd Healthcare can provide sponsorship for a Green
Card, place a Nurse directly with a hospital Sponsor, or provide sponsorship to the Nurse and then transfer to hospital sponsor
